daewoo b18t-2 transistor driver problem

hy,
i ve a problem with an daewoo b18t-2 with serial FD00187.
it always apears F6 (hidraulic motor circuit problem) when it does the self diagnostic, but sometimes it start up with no error an the hidraulic motor just run fine.I ve put a new driver bor for the transistors an a new transistor for the hydraulics and r8 at the driver board blows away again at the new board and i don t se why. The resistor between the driver board apears to be ok (90ohm). do someone have the shematics or the servicemanual so i can see where the problem is, if yes, my email [email address removed]
thanks

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
