Crown WP 3000 SERIES:
Crown SX3000 drive fault

Hi All,

Have a Crown SX3000 that turns on line contractor comes in and drives fine.

But if you press the lift the line contractor drops out and truck won't drive but the hyd still work fine rekey and truck will drive as much as you like until you lift

Any help would be good

No fault codes

Sounds about right. Might just be one battery that is dead sucking power from the others.

With no error code it sound like there might be a bad fuse. If the truck were to close the contactor it would throw a code. Sometimes a fuse can blow up still allow low current to pass thru. Try removing that fusecand testing the resistance. Otherwise the tips on the contactor might be burnt.
