crown sp3020-30 brakes won't release

Units brake doesn't release with deadman, tested brake module and all voltages on test points match those of table in service manual, replaced magnetic coil and brakes still don't release. Leaning towards brake module but not 100% sure. Tow switch doesn't even actuate magnetic brake. Any thoughts?

It ended up being the brake module, tested good at all test points and fault LED wasn't lit up but it wasn't actually outputting to the coil. Installed rebuilt brake module and it works perfect now.

Try checking CA209 on the dist. board, I've had pin 3 burn a few times in the past.
