your trouble is too easy to resolve, the only thing is you must call a technician to know the access system. and he can resolve in 5 minutes.

you can't use it, if don't turn over the cutout.

The buttons are found on older Crown RR's. If this truck is an RR5000 the height cut out can be adjusted through the access modules. This will need to be completed with a service book and knowledge of the system. I would suggest calling a service company to help you out.

The serial number is 1A213928 also says truck type E. I don't know about the button switches I will have to check tonight at work.
