can anyone help with information on this Crown model truck we have code -46 on the dispaly and no drive

Is there A EVT6 mounted
-46 means Forward or reverse contactor will not pick up.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Defective tmnsistor.
Check for shorted tralsistor.
Defective I A contactor.
Check for welded lA contactor power tios.
Defective Snubber.
Check for shorted snubber.
STATUS INDICATION
This code is displayed when the voltage at T2 is
less than 12% of battery volts.
