Corrosion in CANION Controller Housing. Identify SMD parts 600 106

This seems to be a chronic problem with this model. Moisture builds up inside the CANION case and reacts with the aluminium to form a corrosive substance that causes intermittent shorts and eventually death to components on the controller card. I suggest regular revision of the card and housing and maybe try a packet of silica gel in the enclosure,,

There are two SMD components on the lower left hand side of the pcb that are identified as 600 106. They are tiny 8 pin format. I can't find any information about them but comparing with another controller they measure differently so at least one is kaput. Anyone know what they are ?

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
