Control handle Code 8F

SN: 415-15-47278
The lift is lowering on it's own, need to replace the handle, don't think it will learn itself, or will it? I'm used to the older ones.
I spent some time trying to figure out the super word but no luck.
the default is listed in older manuals for the older trucks.
Last time I tried to buy a service manual at Malin, they would not sell me one, only parts manual, that was many years ago, maybe time has changed since then.
Can the customer request the password? They bought it new.
Any input or ideas would be appreciated.
