Hello fellow forklifters!
I have got a problem with a Linde H50D-01, H2X394B01818 (2011).
It indicates the error D160, communication error with the Linde particle filter system.
1. I can´t connect to it with my service computer and regeneration not possible, Fuses and voltage feed to box ok.
2. I have controlled the wire harness to the specified unit and opened it up for cable breakage-control but none found. CAN-bus included.
3. I replaced the particle filter control unit, but to no effect.
Might still be a CAN-bus fault towards the display since it is a displaycode?
Anyone got any more ideas? Help much appreciated!

Hello again,
The issue has been resolved, it was a defectice crimping connection in the external LPF-controllers main harness right where the canbus splits into two.
Thanks for all the support!
still hef problem wiht soot?????
look like fuse broke ore wire broke
Yeah its external, inside a metal cover you can see through the back window.
Alright, Will continue this tomorrow, do you know the correct ohms of the canbus, is it 60?
do you have a external controller for sootfilter? check canbus connector x15 line in fuse box , fuse 7f1 or 7f2 for controller sootfilter also check
Hello, thanks for the input!
The settings are ok, The sootfilter option is enabled and marked as equipped, cant get a reading from the controller though as pathfinder doesnt find the Lpf-controller. (it usually does)
Been used for years before breaking
Fuses and feed ok to the box, changed the box as well to no effect.
Since both the forklift and The computer cant connect it should be something with the canbus? Is it the twisted cables from box thats CAN?
Hello , you have version without the 4p connector. The Canbus of the sootfilter are connected to the truck canbus. Connect with canbox and Pathfinder , look in truck settings you can see sootfilter are connected. Error code says not but it is connected fisical to canbus but not the right truck setting. Some trucks do not have soot but same controller, you must set it on
Tried this, to no effect.
But the fault code says that its missing a heartbeat-signal from the sootfilter control unit
Fault D160.
Is it the display thats missing this signal? Should i check more into the can wiring perhaps?
If I remember correctly you can connect to the erberspacher controller separately using the truck doctor cable. The 4 pin Saab plug one
Correct! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Aah
You have the erberspacher one!
With the yellow switch and the black switch with the red reset tab on it
Let me see what I have on that
Ah, you must think about the later models with the DPF unit under the hood?
This is the old one installed on top of the counterweight with a Fan/Dieselpump/Glowplug system and a manual cleansing cycle.
Been able to connect to it before and check codes and reset it.
But now the fault is that the forklift can´t communicate with it and sets the fault code D160, and you are unable to regenerate the sootfilter.
Hope this cleared it out! :)
You will need the vw engine lead not the can box
It a grey lead serial type
Part number ends in 2103 if I remember correctly
Hi, thanks for replying!
Yes if its the usual? Can connect to the traction and the rest of the units but the LPF is not possible.
Its enabled in the software and checked as installed in the forklift.
Do you have the correct lead for connecting the diagnostic software?
