we are working a WP2335-45. Serial#5A368280. The lift and lower work. Truck will not release brake, no travel forward or reverse. Tech says the LED on the controller is flashing a repeated 4.

SRO start up failure. Thinks you have forward or reverse selected before lowering handle to release brakes. You could try recalibrating with handset
