does any one know the codes 31 and 18 ?

Thanks..! If it keeps throwing 31. would it be the contractor that is the issue? some times the lift runs no issues but other days it doesn't run just keeps throwing the 31 code. the code 18 doesn't show up it must of been a old code. Now it just throws 31 constantly. I have a Toyota cd on manuals but it doesnt have this model on it. Do you have the page on trouble shooting on code 31?
