Raymond 740DR32TT

Hi eveyone so I have a GD code on a reach truck model 740DR32TT, serial 740-08-FB-12476. I ran the encoder test and it looks good 0-255, I checked prox sensor and it turns on and off. The code comes up once or twice a day, I got on the truck and as I was driving straight, GD pop on the screen and it jerked my steering wheel to the left. Could this be a possible amp going bad?

Hi Joe well I tested the machine again and now theres something else 5G the traction amp is flashin NOK. Any suggestion on how to reset.

Thanks Joe I will check on them straps. One more question I am a little bit confused as to which encoder the test is actually testing, is it testing the stiller encoder or the encoder inside the steer gearmotor.

I have found that usualy intermittent GD codes are caused by the steer amp. Also make sure your static straps are clean and in good condition.
