This pallet truck is Raymond model 8400 serial number 840-11-87314.

Hey Phil , C60 is the lift contactor "shorted or open" Raymond part # 590-114
Usually a wire is off or broken close to the contactor, or fried contactor
These trucks will not run even with a horn unplugged! (C62)
