Code 66

I have E16 C1 335 Year 2010.
Power unit A1 was replaced with another second hand but no better results. Left motor doesen't work correctly. Right motor wont work at all. Except steering wheel is turning at certain position. Steering senzor was allso replaced. Whwn you press pedal to idle code 66 appear.
What else to do?? Help

Hard case...

There can be some short circuit - perhaps on the traction motors.
I think you should check this.

If it's possible disconnect one traction motor, check if there's no short circuit on the HV cables. Check the behaviour of the other motor, check, if you have the 66 error.
Repeat with the other traction motor.
I presume, the problem might be there.

It is LDC. Batery is OK, hidravlic sistem is OK, you can steer, you can drive slovely...just when you ful pres pedal than stops and code 66 is showen.

what makes me crazy is power unit. When i take god one from another truck and plug it to not working truck still wont work. Like that power unit from not working truck is OK. And when i plug the unit from not working truck to working truck it is the same. It wont work!!
It's for all units. So, do you have to set powe units when they install on the other truck?

It's not simple as that...... ;-)

Well.. First thing - this error appears on the trucks with LDC and LDC Combi control. Hope it's one of them.

As I've written, the batteries sometimes are really troblesome.
The voltage may look OK, but there can be other issue.
How about the electrolyte level. Has the battery the integrated filling system?
Don't believe if all the markers are up. Check underneath. The cells may be empty. Check the gravity etc.

X13:15 - X11:25 is a path between pin 13 on A2 connector (X13-121pin) and pin 25 on A1 connector (X11- 29 pin).
Just check it.

Generally this error applies to the power module, but you said, you replaced it...

Well, because it's a power issue, check perhaps the battery condition. If it's defected, the 66 error may appear. Do it thoroughly, the batteries are the mischievous animals.

Check additionally the paths in the power circuit, between plug X13, pin 15 and plug X11 pin 25. The plugs should be marked.

Maybe this is as simple as that.... (hopefully)
