Good day,
Operator mistakenly filled diesel into the DEF tank and received a trouble code.
The DPF itself has been removed and cleaned with water.
The 3701-15 was cleared with on-board equipment, but the 3701-0 requires the "Hyster pc service tool".
The engine is running at 1200 rpm (limp mode) because code 3701-0 is displayed.
The engine rpm only goes up to 12.00 rpm (limp mode).
I am planning to purchase the "Hyster pc Service Tool" or an alternative generic scan tool, can you recommend a good scan tool?

Yes, it's resolved.
I finally connected the Hyster PC Scan Tool and cleared the code.
As a result, the forklift is operating smoothly.
pls have you been able to solve your problem ?
Yes, it is equipped with a Kubota engine.
The Kubota dealer at my location (Japan) refused to respond.
I am struggling because there is no Hyster dealer in Japan.
I will try to contact Hyster dealer in the US.
I am hoping to be able to clear the code by mailing the ECM only.
Thank you.
That was a long shot I know. Because it is a Kubota engine, you are correct. The dealer will need to connect. Should you find a Cummins engine in a lift, the on-site program from Cummins can be used. Good Luck
I tried clearing the codes by way of removing the battery terminals but could not erase the codes.
They need to be erased by a Hyster dealer using a PC service tool.
Try this to clear code long enough to initiate DEF regen. Disconnect the positive cable and touch it to a ground. This should may clear all codes so that a regen is possible. Read through the operators manual so you know how to complete a parked regen. Good luck
there is no tool or scan tool you can buy to connect into the hyster or yale service tools they are a dealer only item.
