Discussion:
code 319

Truck seems to pop 319 randomly, says so 0%. Not sure exactly what the code means. I'm a Raymond guy so assuming that soc is state of charge. Truck shows full on battery indicator. Only code in the events and it goes clear back past event 15 for code 319, soc 0% within 30 hrs of use. I don't really think I'm looking for a battery issue, the batteries here aren't actually pretty decent and they get swapped for charge. To many errors for that many batteries to all be bad. What's your take?

i use the access to calibrate the battery voltage first, then calibrate the brake pot, and then adjust the brake switch for around 25%

Brake POT is out of calibration. A loose set screw on the POT can also cause this problem. Check all connections in the floorboard. I have also had corrosion build up at connectors causing brake switch to act up. When calibrating POT is will adk to press on pedal and it enter. When you do this you should see 22-24% when the switch input goes from 0 to 1

319 is for brake pedal switch and potentiometer out of calibration. Try calibrating then if that does not fix it then start looking at them and wiring associated with them.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
