Lift won't move all connections to access 3 good. Fuses good, wiring good to m1 & M2. Anyone have ideals be much appreciated, ty

More than likely in my experience it will be a failure in access 3. If you have another RC with same software swap and see if code transfers or goes away. If it does replace access 3.
