Discussion:
Code 28

I have a truck serial # ETBSB01187 that sets a code 28 only when the truck is put in reverse and the accellerator pedal is touched. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

could that serial number be an "ETB5B" series rather than an "ETBSB"?

if it is a dc truck with a micro-command controller, then 28 refers to the left drive motor field circuit, and since it only happens in Rev. my W.A.G. would be the "h" bridge card has gone out
