Found the code. No count change from height encoder when lifting or lowering. Check your encoder wiring and check the encoder mounting.
Are you sure on the trouble code? I do not see any codes starting with 2.
Dont have any info on that model serial number truck....is this a AC drive truck or DC? Do you know what controller is in the truck,might be able to find something going that way.....
