Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) NOR30P:
Code 23

Hello everyone, have had 3 different techs out and none really know what is going on, replaced ccm transistor and checked diodes per prior post suggestions on here , still can't get figured out. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
