Discussion:
Code 2

serial number 71410. This truck is throwing code 2. I have replaced the 24" and 60" switches. I have ran the on board diagnostic tests ESY21 and ESY31. both switches test good. Code appears after truck start up completes. This is limiting travel speed to 1mph. Any help would be appreciated.

You are correct. Found the problem in the wiring for the 150" switch. Wire was pulled out of connector at controller. Thanks for the help.

there should be a 150" switch as well mounted to the top right of the mast. have a look

has someone been on this before you? sometimes jumpers are used when the 150" switch isn't used maybe your missing one?

some of the raymond ones have a switch on the bottom of the mast on the right side in front of the battery compartment, has given me grief before. this is just a raymond cheapie orderpicker branded toyota.
