no Dan we do not, at least not exactly, California has thier own strict standards but from the trend I've been seeing in the emissions standards emerging now they are adopting more and more stringent standards that fall along the same lines as California.

MAP stands for Manifold Absolute Pressure so yes it has to do with intake manifold pressure.
It could be your MAP sensor is bad or has a broken wire in the harness at the plug... this has been fairly common when these codes occur.
Of course it may be some other problem causing it, i would use the troubleshooting guide to set you in the right direction.

OK is the MAP sensor bad? Doesn't the MAP have to do with the intake air?

a serial number of truck would help alot
but from looking at 2 of the 4 different serial number ranges for this model truck this code refers to Fuel Pressure.

without serial number we cannot be accurate on information
