Hello everyone, we are new to forklifts. We just bought a 3 wheel electric Clarke forklift model CTM 16s which has repeatedly suffered from error code A62. It is still under warranty from the dealer we bought it from but they have been out to it 5 times and they can't fix it. The engineer that came out also told us they don't even know what the error code means!!
Does anyone out there know what error code A62 actually means.
Another concern is that the saleman told us that the Clark CTM 16S was a Mitsibushi with a Clark badge on it but when the engineers came out they say they didn't know anything about Clarks as they normally work on Mitsibushi's.
Does anyone know if the Clark is a Mitsubishi in disguise or was the salesman misleading me?
Any help will be appreciated.
