Discussion:
Clark EM15S problems

Hi,

I have some problems with this lifter. Left front wheel make terrible noize and moving hardly. Probably ballbearing or something.
Also are something wrong with electricity. Sometimes when switch on , showing that battery are empty but just taken from loading , then after swiching off and on several times, finally start working and showing that battery are full and so on.

I think what I missing most are to get somewhere service manual for this lifter.
With transmission problem I probably can get over without manual but wiring diagram would be nice to find.

I have tried to find local dealer and sent emails to address that i find in their webpage, but nothing.

forklift serial no are: EM145*0267GEF7005

Really appreciated if someone can help me :-)

It sounds like you have a German built Clark 3 wheel forklift. The Model should be TM15S and serial #TM145... The noise could be a motor or a drive unit bearing for sure but start with the motor. Lift out the battery and remove the motor through the battery compartment. The battery discharge reading problem could be many things. Start with a good test meter at the battery and work your way through the cables and contactor to find the voltage loss. I don't have the manual for that anymore but could probably find it.
