The owners I have encountered are regretting the price based purchase and are looking at cost over time as it impacts their business.

One of my clients has been a Heli distributer for 12 years.
Initially there were problems with the torc converter. But now that has been solved. At this time Heli is a first rate machine and clients are generally satisfied. There is a normal
volume of further purchases from current owners, a suggestion that they are competitively good. Now there are three Heli distributers and their sales volume is growing faster than most brands because of their very competitive pricing.
However, if you listen to North American users, they are very critical of the brand.
In this market Heli easily competes with the better known brands.
