Caterpillar C5000

Cat C5000, Serial AT9003401.
Im having trouble with the trans. it doesnt muves. If you select fw. direction machine does not muves and the ligth in the dash is in neutral position.If youselect reverse the ligth remais in neutral, the alarm sounds but still doesnt muves. I have checked the lever, seat switch,trans. solenoids and everithing seems ok.
The vcm has a red light flashing inside.
Any one can help to solve this issue
