CAT T50E [2ND01288] Peugeot Motor

I was wondering if anybody knew where to set the timing on this particular truck.

Currently MISSING #2 IN IDLE ! !

please include any tech info on timing.

8 degrees BTDC, but I would check the compression because I've had to put head gaskets in those engines.
