The controller is not Zapi. Be sure to order the correct controller (part number on original controller). The control cards on the pump amd traction inverters are not interchangable. If the power cable shows signs of overheating, you should replace it too. Get yourself a new controller. No programming needed.
Ohhh.. sorry, maybe im wrong. the inverter i have is p/n: RL487777. how can i Know if it is a Zapi controller or not, i took the cover apart and inside cards says mitsubishi, on cover it only have part numbers. from the S/N you can see Chassis MFG.year (2008). SN is 8NR3821912
thanks for your input CM_72, controller is not Zapi, and Truck is 2008 according to Serial Number. -valuable comment-
CM_72, thanks for the clarification
If this truck has a ZAPI control system (i.e mgr year older than 2008), you will need to program the controller, but if it is 2008 and newer, simply install the component.
yeah, you´re right. I was assuming the dealer to have a record of accessories and adjusments for that particular truck at the time it was deliveried, but somebody could have "tailored"it to it´s own requirements.
i will post later if have more questions.(need to better understand the manual)
Thanks for your comments.
the dealer will not know the weight of the carriage and attachments, nor the direction of the steering, nor what accessories (height encoder?, which direction the travel alarm is set for,)
thyanks for you replay. Eduard.
Even being ordered from a dealer supplying Model and Serial number?
Can i do it if know the master paswsword
you will need to (re)program the controller
