Cat 2EC25E code 30

Having some issues with a code 30. Battery needs replacing for sure but should we be checking anything before we quote this out?

you have to chek next ( according to serv.man.)
1-power transistors t1p, t2p and/or their wiring
2-pump driver board and logics.
3-open circuit in pump motor, cables, brushes or motor itself
4-welded pump contactor.
