can't figure out how lift cylinder comes apart to rebuild. Linde E15

I'm working on a linde E15 S/N # 324G10102915.. How does the sheave head come off the lift cylinder rod? And how does the cap come off the cylinder where the packing is?

Anyway, a few weeks ago, I had to reseal a Free lift cylinder of a Linde H20.

Had to raise and chain the mast, remove entire lift rod (free lift cylinder tube remained in place) in order to gain access to cylinder cap.
Could not remove yoke from rod. I think the entire rod and yoke are permanently attached to each other.
