Thanks for the reply , I'm going to try to get in contact with some of my Toyota buddies to see if they can hook me up,or just forget all the hassle And order a keypad for about $80

Ain't none! The plug comes mated with a PC that has Raymond software.
You can use a can key, it's just a small red box with a round plug. You need to bride a raymond tech into letting you borrow one...
