c500 y30 hydraulics

Just purchased my first forklift and correcting the problems it has. the main thing is the lift will do nothing. The guy I bought it from says he had the pump rebuilt. If pump is ok is there a pressure regulating valve that could be open.

The check valve ball was stuck. Disassembled both sections (lift and tilt) cleaned and reassembled. It works fine now.

You are right it was in the valve. I got it working yesterday afternoon. That's one less problem. Still have a problem with low power and over heating.

Relief valve might be stuck. It should be in the main control valve. Have you checked to see if you have any flow?
