Forklift is showing Sub Controller KO on the screen, will not start

I might be late to the party but make sure the dash shows the correct model number and not a C40L or something else.
Also, make sure the battery is good. If they are constantly jumping the truck or starting the engine off a battery charger that can cause premature failure of the sub-controller.
Thanks for the help, we are trying to track down any wiring issues but havent found any at this point.
If that controller is the "Transmission Sub Controller" had issues with no up shift with that and found wiring loose pins in plug. Clark may have an update? You may have to contact Clark directly.
Also, have had some problems with poor grounds and ripple voltage from the alternator in the past causing frequent electronic component failure.
The engine is a Kubota V3800-T Ser No. 2CS1732 Code No. J412-29000 Wont crank at all, if I change the controller it fires up but this is the 3rd controller in 6 months
cannot find KO fault in dash or engine fault list. what engine is in that lift?
Cranks but will not start? Or no crank at all?
.
Ser. No. P455D-0267-9884 KF
Mod. No. C40D
