BT-RRE160M 2008, Code E234, hydraulics not operating.

Hey, We have a RRE160M, 2008, When you try to start it up it shows e234 and will drive but there is no hydraulics. If you unplug it while it's on for 30sec or so then plug it back in and boot it up it works as normal (until you turn it off again). WTH is going on here?

Repair agent still hasn't returned this machine to us, any idea what would have caused this error? and why it would go away after unplugging?

Cheers.
