bt op hse1000 order picker

Hi i have a problem with a bt 0p hse 1000 ser no 550095aa.
Code 7 is flashing on the controller, dead man not working brake so no drive, cab,forks & steering working battery charged but in poor condition. How do you check out dead man switches i have no manual for this order picker.No isle sensors fitted.

Hello,
I also have error 7 but the steering is working and the battery has 50 V (?!). Any suggestions?

Also, how to check errors on the A3?

HI JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THE ERROR CODE 7 WAS DOWN TO THE BATTERY. FITTED NEW BATTERY ALL OK NOW.

a tecnicians tell me few weeks ago that can be the orange baecon light. I try to disconnect it but the error is also present.

during the lift up or lift down few times display error C 025 and also few times rarely error C 125.
more and more often lately appears even if the forklift is not still running but i switched on error c016
SomeOne can tell me what i this errors.Thanks Robert

Hi done a sg check on the battery and found 3 cells dead and at 0v and 1.5 so it looks like the battery is worn out getting another BT next week so i will try it, but i think the battery has had it's day.

Is there's another truck on site plug that battery in, Check the A3 error first
The pot should not be to stiff but you need a good battery for this error

Ok thanks for the info i will check it out,the battery is in a poor state
1 cell shorted out and it is out of the truck,But would this stop the dead man working.
The pot on the steering gear chain is stiff is this normal?

error 7 the steering servo A3 is giving an error signal
see error code on A3.

I had the same fault before and it was down to a flat/bad battery

Hi has no one seen this model before? it has 2 dead man handle system you have to hold to take the magnetic brake off and then you get drive. The dead man must be some sort of proxy switch.
