changed master cylinder and put new brake pads & wheel
cyl, tried bleeding it, but the brake pedal still go goes to floor won't hold pressure, what can Ido"

you must first "bench bleed" the master cylinder before you install it on the truck. then adjust the wheel brakes first and get them to just drag, before you bleed the wheel cylinders, hopefully you have not already "popped" the wheel cylinders
