Brakes

After shutdown brake pedals have no freeplay i.e. hard. Battery drains from brake lights being activated. This a powershift model with booster between pedals and master cylinder. I am considering the relief valve in the booster as a starting point. I will have master cylinder and booster repair kits in hand before disassembly. Inching adjustment?
