brake

has anyone had the opportunity to adjust the brake on the raymond 8410 pallet jack i am thinking ours is dragging a little thanks

a little more info the operator says he dose do a lot of plugging a lot more than the other operators do. the brake seems warmer than the other raymond lifts I was wondering if plugging to much can cause the brake to overheat?
