Noisy brakes are normally due to the incorrect hydraulic oil being used. If the brakes are squealing then this is the give away that the oil is incorrect.
The recommended oil is a Universal Tractor Transmission Oil as it includes an additive which allows the friction and steel to slip when the brakes are applied
