Bogs out

bogs out in the morning when motor is cold. I noticed it wont run if the carb is uncocoverd. Original problem started when it ran out of propane, It also backfired. all vacum line are good.

Thanks guys for the help...problem solved. Turns out the spark plug wires were the cause of troubles. Thanks again!

We have replace the fuel lock and the regulator/vaporizer and the mixer. but problems still persist. On a rapid start it seems sluggish like it bogs out also back fires once in a while. This forklift has a dual system for running regular gas and lpg, we're currently using the lpg system.

may need a new diaphragm in the LPG carb.
