axle bolt torque ?

have a toyota lift truck model 7fgou there is a number 25 on the side..........can someone tell me the torque for the bolts holding the brake drum /axle assembly

wow thats a huge variation for a bolt torque I think I will torque it to the lower end of the scale and check it after a few days running.
