Alarm 13 code

I have a Yale Pallet jack and the traction and hydraulic aren't working and I have checked the wires to the motor and battery is good.

You had the wrong model selected, should have been MPB040EN.
POSSIBLE CAUSES AND TEST PROCEDURES Cable connection to m*otor field is loose or damaged. Verify connection of field wires to motor and controller. Motor field winding* is shorted to chassis. Motor field should be less than 2 ohms. Verify battery conditi*on, charge, and connections. Failure of current sens*or in controller or failure of field current driver in controller. Replace controller. Check for resistanc*e between A1 and A2 to case, it should have approximately 0.5 mega ohms. Check for F1 and F2 n*ot to be open, and to have clean and tight connections. The resistance across F1 and F2 should be between 0.5 and 2.5 ohms
