ACCESS 3 Replaced - wont start

I have replaced an ACCESS3 with a rebuilt from my Crown distributor. Now when I start up my ACCESS 1 goes through its boot process and then goes blank. I have checked fuses and relays but all OK. any ideas?

You need to have crown come update the software. New modules come without software.
