Need to connect a charged battery to machine and see if codes clear and lift operates. A dead battery causes more codes than anything else in electric units. You do not need to reset controller unless it has lost the programming. With charged battery and other issues or codes come up, verify codes and post. Thanks
hello fishmech, thanks for your reply. It's correct that it hes got 2 drive controllers, have controlled seat switch, accelerator switch and directional switch there all ok. Battery is indeed in a bad condition, is a minimum voltage of 2,11/cell needed to reset the controller after it has given these errors?
Regards
Marc
This lift should have two controllers, one is master and the other slave. Check all SRO switches, ie seat switch, accelerator switch and so on. Check battery voltage. I assume this is 36 volt system. Make sure the battery is reading between 38 to 39 volts. If it is reading 36 volts, battery needs to be charged. Still not working, check connection between controllers, master P21 to slave P10. Thanks.
