2.2 code. Need help

I am reading a 2.2 code. it will lift and drop but wont drive forward or reverse. I have changed the switches in the handle. I have changed the ignition switch and after I did that it worked for 3 days now its back same problem and code.I have checked all the switched and there good. Any suggestions???

found out that the meter module part # 850-136-847 was dirty cleaned it up and it ran ok. then replaced the potentiometer and it ran great. SRO code threw me for a 2 day ride lol.
