Webinars are essentially training sessions that you can participate in online. All you need is a computer, access to the Internet and a telephone. It is very easy to participate in, requires little to no technical skills and is inexpensive compared to traditional classroom training seminars.
You first go online to a website, type in a passcode and the visual portion of the webinar appears. The visual portion is a power point presentation that the speaker controls. You don't even have the click through!

Secondly, you call into a 1-800 number where you can listen to the presentation via your phone. During the program and afterwards, you can ask the presenter questions via the computer screen or telephone...just like raising your hand in a classroom.
