AAPA Latin American Congress of Ports The Latin American Congress of Ports is an annual event convened by the Latin American Delegation of the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA).
Every year, more than 400 port leaders and international experts make this forum stand out as the most important business gathering of the industry.
