TVH has been appointed the exclusive European distributor of PATRiA forklift spare parts to dealers.

PATRiA Forklift Trucks is part of PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTE), based in Jakarta, Indonesia. According to TVH, UTE is the only forklift manufacturer in south-east Asia.

PATRiA Europe represented UTE in Zoetermeer, Netherlands, where it supplied forklifts and spare parts to Europe.

Through the new agreement, TVH Forklift Parts has taken over all spare parts from PATRiA Europe and is now the exclusive European distributor.

TVH marketing advisor Sofie Duquesne said UTE wanted to focus on its manufacturing business. "They wanted to leave the distribution of spare parts to TVH because of our global network," she said.

UTE currently has 2,000 PATRiA forklifts in the European market.
