Rentaclamp offers new and refurbished attachments for forklifts.

TVH Group has acquired all the shares of Rentaclamp (Coventry) Ltd.

Rentaclamp is a UK-based company that offers new and refurbished attachments for forklifts, and workshop or onsite repair and parts services.

TVH says the acquisition "reinforces its activities in the attachments market in the UK and Ireland".

Rentaclamp was established in July 1976 and has an excellent reputation in the industry for the sale, rental, service and repair of attachments in the UK and Ireland.

In addition, Rentaclamp has been a UK dealer for CAM System for the past 12 years.

As the businesses move towards full integration, it will be business as usual at Rentaclamp.

A TVH spokesman says "the excellent and long-standing relationship (between the companies will ensure) a smooth and successful integration".

Martin Fletcher will continue to manage Rentaclamp and will remain responsible for the growth in the attachment market. Fletcher and his three colleagues will join the TVH UK team.

TVH says the purchase means it can now also offer its customers in the UK and Ireland a true 'one-stop shop' experience for attachments. Furthermore, the integration will allow TVH UK to offer short- and long-term rental and after-sales services in addition to new and second-hand attachments.

Just last month, TVH Australasia announced that it had executed an agreement to purchase Independent Parts and Service (FLA #735).
