DanTruck parts will be available through TVH

Belgian parts and equipment distributor TVH is continuing on its acquisition trail, with the purchase of the assets of the Danish forklift manufacturer DanTruck ApS. As a result, TVH becomes the exclusive distributor of parts for DanTruck and Heden lift trucks as of 21 March 2016.

TVH's purchase comes in the wake of Toyota's recent acquisition of the DanTruck sales and service operations, spelling the end of operations for the brand.

DanTruck ApS originated in 2000 as a result of the fusion of the Danish competitors DanTruck and Heden. These two companies were established at the beginning of the '60s.

DanTruck specialised in the development of compact, modern and environment-friendly forklifts, producing close to 10,000 lift trucks.

The TVH purchase ensures that current owners will retain access to the full range of DanTruck and Heden parts.

In addition to the parts inventory, TVH has also acquired the supplier and customer portfolio. To guarantee a smooth transfer, the parts consultant of DanTruck ApS will assist TVH.
