A.T.I.B. was founded in 1972 as manufacturer of mast and forklift attachments. In the following forty years has continuously improved and expanded its range of production and services, becoming a qualified supplier with an excellent reputation all over the world. In early nineties. Today A.T.I.B. is an accomplished independent manufacturer that desires to face new challenges and horizons, with a tireless flow of new ideas and initiatives built up with a spirit searching for endless innovation.

A.T.I.B. production plant is located nearly Brescia, in the north of Italy. The plant covers a surface of 35,000 m² with 11,000 m² of covered floor space. The plant has at its disposal machining centres and traditional machining tools, two painting lines and manual and robotic welding machines.
A.T.I.B. is from long time furnished of a Quality System defined in the Company Quality Manual and its associated documents, drawn up in conformity to the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 standards. Quality system provides the base on which A.T.I.B. develops and improves its managing quality system. Every employee, most of all if responsible of processes and activities identified in the quality manual, is trained up to satisfy work instructions established for him and his area of competence. As Management Representative, the Quality Assurance Manager exercises his role verifying the adequacy, complete implementation and updating of the Quality System.

A.T.I.B. will is to confirm its position as one of the greatest Italian forklift attachments and masts manufacturer and to expand its presence all over the world increasing its competitiveness and maintaining its reputation for the high quality of its products and services. The goal of our company is to become a worldwide focus for technology and image. To reach this target, A.T.I.B. wants to promote to its customers those values that are coming along us from the beginning. Growth: technological and cultural as well as economical, basic to establish and maintain leadership in the market. Competence: for A.T.I.B. experience has a great importance, so we invested hardly on needed up-dating to keep ahead of competitors. Company offers to customers not only services and high added value products, but also effective partnership and personalized consultancies too. A.T.I.B. promotes cooperation as a helpful strategy to find suitable solutions for each company which successfully uses its attachments. Communication: communication with outside world (customers, suppliers and market in general) shows important feedbacks that help to direct efforts and to have necessary readiness to be competitive in tomorrow's market.
Taking into consideration all those aspects, A.T.I.B. has recently developed a new range of products, such as appliance clamps suitable for handling white and brown goods, telescopic forks and double pin type fork positioner.

One of the biggest challenge is represented by the new appliance clamps, designed taking into consideration the end user needs and the strong developments made during the last years in the logistic field. In particular, A.T.I.B. has worked on the following main aspects: new arms design for equal distribution of the clamping force on all the goods; reduced weight using light materials for many components; Introduction of anti-collision parts to eliminate the risk to damage the goods; improved visibility; use of wear parts with longer life; possibility to install electronic and hydraulic pressure control systems on all clamps in order to settle the right pressure for every different application.

The new arms design is available in two versions; the first one is used for clamping capacity up to 1200 Kg, picking from one to twelve appliances; the second one is recommended for higher capacities, picking up to 24 appliances (4 lines, double depth and 3 layers). All models are designed to easily incorporate load backrest extensions over the frame and over each blade, which are essential to handle the third layer of goods.

The rubber coated contact pads are pivoting and can be manufactured with a single or twin pads; one of the biggest advantage of this solution is the possibility to invert the pads (up and under, left and right) in order to increase their lifespan and reduce the maintenance cost of the clamps. For the same reason, new wear parts with longer life have been used for the constructions of those clamps.

The equal distribution of the clamping force on the contact pads, together with the use of anti-collision parts on the arms and the frame, have significantly reduced the risk of damage of handled good. Electronic and hydraulic pressure control systems, available for all models, are also useful for this scope; the setting of the different operating pressures, made evident by push buttons and visual detection systems of different configurations, allows the operator to use the clamps with the most suitable pressure for each operation.

Another crucial aspect is the lightness of A.T.I.B. new clamp models; the use of lightweight materials (such as aluminum and plastic) for many components, without affecting their performance in terms of capacity and reliability, has significantly reduced the weight of the clamps. Thanks to results measured on the field, we found that the improvement made on the lightness are offering to the forklift supplier the great advantage to increase the residual capacity of the forklift, allowing the use of forklifts with lower capacity, reduced dimensions, costs and consumption. All these themes are especially important for the end users when choosing their logistic supplier.
